October 27 through October 30, UBATC will be instructing the OSHA 511 30 hour course that covers all of the OSHA 29 CFR 1910 policies, procedures, and standards. In addition you will receive knowledge to your general industry safety and health principles as they relate to real world situations and your business.
Using the OSHA standards as a guide, you will learn where the standards originate and their intent, how to look up rule interpretations and apply them to your business. And most important, COMPLY WITH THE LAW!

OSHA 10-Hour General Industry
OSHA authorized safety training program - meets training rquirements for PPE, Hearing Conservation, Fall Protection, Waling Working Surfaces, Ladder Safety, Electrical, Lock-out/Tag-out, Confined Space, Hot Work, Welding, Hazcom, Environmental Helath and Safety, and Incipient Fire Fighting.
Class taught every other Thursday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Vernal Campus. Preregistration required. |
